Please forgive me for not being up-to-date with this very blogina. My apartment building from 1832 is going through a major rennovation and I will have to move to a temporary flat soon. Purging and packing over 20 years of hoarder materials is turningn into a major headache. Yes I am a hoarder or as they call it in Germany "a messy". I just happen to be a neat hoarder where everything is in its stylized and aesthetically driven place. Oh it sometimes delves into messy chaos, but I am such a diehard control queen that I usuallly dial it back and deliver the proceedings away from crustyland. My poor older sister who has lived in the same dingbat apartment in Hollywood since the mid seventies is more the traditional hoarder living in a nest of newspapers and magazines stacked all the way to the ceiling. She sleeps on her sofa in the living room and doesn´t even use her bedroom which is cluttered with Fingerhut and Avon products still in the boxes they were delivered in. My sister doesn´t use her kitchen at all, as she tends to eat out mostly or order takeout or scarf down microwaveable TV dinners. She has a large, nice kitchen and is actually a good cook but hates cooking for herself. I don´t blame her with that as its difficult to make meals for just one. Like me, my sister has always lived alone and has never been in a relationship. I would reckon at 73 years of age she is still a virgin. She has also worked the same government job for the County of Los Angeles since the 1970s.
I hate New Year´s Eve in Berlin with all the crazed fireworks and firebombs. New Year´s is known as Silvester in Germany and every year I treat myself to a staycation in a soundproof hotel room so I don´t have to hear any of the noize. This year my dear friend Love Camel came to Berlin and treated me to three luxurious nights at the Sheraton Grande at Lutzowplatz. We had a blast going to restaurants, ordering room service and getting delicious spa treatments galore. Love Camel makes for a very congenial companion. His sex apps were blowing up with humpy young men out on the prowl for an older daddy with a monster peterfication. It was sweet of the Camel to just devote his time in Berlin to the Doll and ignore the horny youngsters.
